Account deletion — لوتوبيا (MR.Azzam Student App)

Users of the لوتوبيا student app and website can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

1. Contact platform support using the phone number above.
2. Provide the phone number registered in the app and your full name.
3. Clearly request account deletion.
4. Your request will be processed within 7 business days.

Data that will be deleted

• Account profile (name, phone number, grade, governorate).
• Course enrollments and wallet records linked to the account.
• Chat messages and comments linked to the account.

Data that may be retained temporarily

• Limited technical or backup records for security and legal compliance.
